Llandysul Park and interpretive boards

It is a good feeling when something goes right especially after a lot of work has gone into something.

About 15 months ago the Llandysul & District Local History Society were asked by Llandysul Community Council for photos and text for three information boards for Llandysul Park.  It took us most of 2013 to do this. With the text going back and forth between us, editing, and making sure it was not too much but enough to give an insight into the history of Llandysul. Then it had to be translated as the boards are bilingual.  Choosing the pictures was very easy in comparison.  The people at Image Display had the patience of Saints.

Finally the information boards have now been installed in the Park.

I like this picture best, the Pencoed Foel and the Church in the background.
